Associate - eCommerce

We are seeking a candidate with 0-3 years of experience for a hybrid role in Jodhpur/Jaipur/Nagaur, Rajasthan, India. The position entails overseeing various aspects of e-commerce accounts and managing multiple platforms. As the incumbent, you will be accountable for expanding a team and performing diverse duties crucial for the success of the company's e-commerce operations. Your role will involve working independently or in teams of 2-5 executives to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue for your assigned category. We provide professional development training to help you build skills such as working with diverse team members, establishing strong relationships with clients/vendors, and becoming an expert in your area of interest.

To qualify for this position, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a willingness to take on new challenges, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A bachelor's degree is mandatory, and an advanced degree is preferred.

After successfully completing the interview process, you will be welcomed as an associate trainee for a 6-month probationary period. Upon demonstrating satisfactory performance, you will be promoted to an Associate. Your growth opportunities will be assessed every 12 months based on your performance.
